Forward Church is truly a family. Too often, we're not friends, or even acquaintances, with other members in our churches. We put relationship first. We believe that one of the most genuine ways to experience is through meaningful connections with people. We laugh together, cry together and even hold each other accountable when appropriate.
Forward Church does not have a hierarchy of leadership that you have to climb for acceptance. There are no "specially anointed leaders" seeking to lord authority over you. You will be accepted and loved just like you are. God no longer calls us servants but calls us friends, we feel the same about everyone in the church. There is none better than another, we're all part of the body of Christ.
Forward's gatherings are casual yet intensely focused on experiencing the presence of God. Clint, and others, will always bring an encouraging, Holy Spirit inspired message, so you will leave feeling uplifted.
The Ministry of Reconciliation
II Corinthians 5
18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. 21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
