Forward Church

Forward Church in Peachtree City, Georgia exists to bring people into a deep, meaningful relationship with God by establishing heart's in the free gift of righteousness imputed to us by the sacrifice of Christ Jesus.  Our desire is to see people move forward in every area of their lives. 

Through our local church, we are seeing people set free from religious performance.  The number one testimony we hear is that people are realizing that God accepts them in Jesus and they don't have to try to keep God happy or qualify for blessing by their performance.  We're equipping people to take up the ministry of reconciliation and tell the world that God is no longer holding our sins against us.

2Cr 5:19      For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people's sins against them. This is the wonderful message he has given us to tell others.

2Cr 5:20     We are Christ's ambassadors, and God is using us to speak to you. We urge you, as though Christ himself were here pleading with you, "Be reconciled to God!"

2Cr 5:21     For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.

Our local meetings are an open environment that puts the Holy Spirit first.  We regularly see healing and miracles as the gifts of the Holy Spirit operate freely.  Worship is led by Dan Snyder but we also have guest worship leaders regularly.  At Forward, you will experience a friendly environment and real people who are honest about life and are pursuing to be conformed to the image of Christ.

God Is Not Mad At You

We simply want you to know that God is no longer angry.  His wrath has been satisfied and he now seeks to elevate those who will allow him, to a quality of life far beyond what we have ever experienced.  God promises that he has more for us that we can think or even imagine.  Our Heavenly Father is a good God who does not teach us through calamity and hardship, his love is much more effective.  Freedom is not a license to sin, it's the power to see yourself as God does, which will produce holiness.  Jesus was the exact representation of God and he went about doing good and healing all.  We believe that is the Father's will for your life, goodness and healing.
